Refund & Return Policy

• Returns: Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No Refunds: Given the nature of it, we generally do not offer refunds on customization once the purchase is confirmed and the file has been sent to us to start your order. 

Custom items are in some cases impossible to resell.

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and your order number so we can resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
